3½ cups of water
⅔ cup dried black Elderberries
½ teaspoon cloves or clove powder
2 tablespoons fresh or dried ginger root
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup raw honey
Pour the water in a saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the honey
Bring it to boil and then simmer for about forty minutes
